News From September 2008
September 3 - The last Windseekrs Wednesday of the summer. Eric was out of town, but the crew went out and had a great time. They did finish, and the quote I heard the most was "........We passed ALMOST everyone........" It was a great summer
September 13th - Well, off we went to Seattle to take part in SBYC's Trans Puget..... and that describes the course. Steve / Matthew / Chowder Monkey joined Thom, Tim, Jimmy, Aubre, and Eric for a great day on the watter (Marty unfortunately had to round up critters at work, but joined us for the trip back to Tacoma that night) I beleive we were 3rd for the day, and thanks to Shoot the Moon for paying up on the bet so well...
September 20th - Not much wind and a shortened course. Marty, Aubre, Julie, Thom, Jimmy and Eric had an average speed of just over 1.7 knots on their way to a first to finish, first in class, and first overall
